The Black Aesthetic Season II is composed of personal essays, critical responses, interviews, and artistic ephemera in response to the second season of The Black Aesthetic Film Series, which showcased films made by contemporary independent Black filmmakers and attempts to define and demarcate boundaries around “Black” aesthetics.
