This is the sixth issue of Hey Lady and features the prominent Japanese artist, Yayaoi Kusama, famous for her obsession with painting polka dots. Kusama moved to New York in 1957, returning to Japan in the 1970's. For the last forty years, she has been voluntarily living in a mental institution in Japan with her studio located nearby. She is one of the most well known and frequently exhibited artists of all time. 

Hey Lady is a quarterly publication with each issue featuring a collection of original art portraying one woman. Each issue also comes with a portrait button pin of the featured woman attached to the cover.
